Thanks for your interest in my work – I really do appreciate it. You may know that I’ve been composing original music for television and films for over 20 years. Credits include NBC, PBS, Discovery Channel, BBC, Learning Channel, CNN and many others. Projects I’ve composed music for have won numerous awards including national Emmys and an Academy Award nomination.
I’ve worked with or had works performed by the London Symphony, the Atlanta Symphony (commissioned work), Richmond Symphony (commissioned work), the Victoria Symphony, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Wichita Symphony, the Hartford Symphony, the Carmel Symphony, and many others.
Commercial clients include NBC, Ken Burns (PBS), Emirates Airlines, Visa, Library of Congress, the Smithsonian Institute, Mobil, Exxon, Sea World, Harvard University, A&W Root Beer, Pontiac, Kodak, NCAA, Canon, Media General, Alka-Seltzer, West Point, Barnum & Bailey Circus, Marriott, American Red Cross, NASA, Boston College, the Supreme Court, National Public Radio, Turner, PBS, and many many more.
This website contains samples of music that I’ve composed. While there’s no way that I can post all of the types and styles of music I’ve produced over the years (including film scores, full symphonic works, a capella choirs, album work, etc.), my hope is that you will be pleased enough with what you hear on this site to call or shoot me an email, so that we can discuss your particular musical need.
After all, that’s the advantage of original music – creating compelling and unique music that is suited for each individual project!
Thanks again for your interest – enjoy.
P.S. If you’ve read this far, I have one more thing I want to mention. See that Emmy statue on the top of this page? I really don’t want that there. It seems too – I don’t know, pretentious, or egocentric, or something. But my wife, my website guru, my graphic designer, my kids, and total strangers that I talked to in the coffee shop all tell me I’m wrong – that it belongs there. So I’ve relented.
Psalm 98:4 – “Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!”
